Could this eatery have the best service and staff in Brisbane? That’s a great question and I’m implying it does. This is the place to be, amazing stunning earthy décor/ambience, too busy on a Sat/Sun not to book and as I said – polite, well mannered, very efficient staff.
The person who first accosted me (& I loved it) was José, a waiter, OMG their accountant … comedian. He greeted me with enthusiasm and advised me of the rules, policies in procedures in the most entertaining way I wanted to hear them again. The other young girls that waited on me were also delightful and I worked out why the staff are the way they are, the owner is all the above and then some …
So because of this, I paid a bit more attention to the editing of the image of my meal. Can I say the word orgasm and not ruin the mood of this review? Not sure …
